Felipe Assadi
Felipe Assadi is an architect from the Finis Terrae University and has a Master’s degree in architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 1999 he received “Promoción Joven” from Colegio de Arquitectos in Chile, awarded to the best architect in the country under 35. He has been a professor in Chilean and foreign universities, including Mexico, Brazil, Italy, Colombia and the United States. He has lectured around the world, from Europe and Venezuela to Puerto Rico and South America.
His work has been publish in magazines like Wallpaper and Architectural Review in London, arquitectura Viva and AV Monografias in Madrid; Architectural Record in New York; GA in Tokyo; Domus and Casabella in Italy, among others. He also has five theses published in Navarra, South Korea, Santiago, Buenos Aires and Mexico. Felipe also participated in exhibitions from Chicago and London to Quito and Tokyo. His designs have been built in Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, United States, Ecuador and Italy. Since 2011, he has served as Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Finis Terrae University in Santiago, Chile.
