Canteen
CAMPO Canteen is a food + art + community lab bringing creative events, curated goods and slow coffee to Pueblo Garzón. Currently serving as CAMPO’s summer headquarters, Canteen hosts chefs and artists during our Food + Art Project, a series that brings together creativity, community and cuisine in unexpected ways. A communal hub, CAMPO Canteen enacts the foundation’s mission on a local level, providing pueblo residents, visitors and guest and chefs a place to connect with each other. All event proceeds help support the construction of CAMPO’s future.
Currently housed in CAMPO’s casita in town, CAMPO CANTEEN opened its doors for the first time in December 2018. The inaugural season of Food + Art Project [FAP] featured chefs and artists from as far as Amsterdam and the Bahamas, combining cultures and disciplines for thought provoking shared experiences.
CAMPO Canteen is closed for the season and will reopen next summer with exciting new events and offerings.
